Final pricing may change if the actual amount, weight, or type of material, labor requirements, access conditions, stairs, distance, special handling, or other job circumstances differ from what was originally described. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins.

Customers must provide accurate information about the items being removed and must have the authority to authorize removal from the property.

Customers should identify any unusually heavy, dangerous, restricted, hazardous, or regulated materials before service. Haul Heroes may decline items that cannot lawfully or safely be transported or disposed of.

Appointments are subject to availability, weather, traffic, equipment, access, and other reasonable operational conditions. We will communicate with you if circumstances affect your scheduled arrival window.

Customers are responsible for charges agreed upon for completed services. Payments may be collected through secure third-party payment processors. Where a deposit is required to reserve a date, the deposit terms presented at booking apply.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate access to the property and for identifying the items that should and should not be removed. Please secure pets, valuables, and anything you want to keep before our team arrives.

By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS messages from Haul Heroes, you agree to receive text messages related to estimates, appointments, scheduling, service updates, customer support, invoices, follow-up communications, and, when separately authorized, marketing or promotional offers.
